Every trailer starts with a published base rate – the same daily, weekend, weekly, and monthly prices shown on our price sheet.
During unusually busy periods, CTR may apply small Smart Pricing Adjustments such as
- High Demand Day Pricing,
- Last-Minute Booking Rate, or
- Seasonal Peak Rate.
These help ensure trailers stay available, well-maintained, and ready when contractors need them most.
Your final price will always stay within clear limits – never more than 35% above or 10% below the published base rate.
Veterans and First Responders always receive 10% off, and CTRPro contractors enjoy discounts, priority checkout and flexible pickup/return.
The CTR rental price is separate from any applicable security deposits, damage waiver program fees, and taxes.

Optional Damage Waiver Program is available for $25.00 per day.
A mandatory security deposit of $250 is required on all trailer rentals.
